World Sake Day

  • Colorado Sake Co. 3559 Larimer Street Denver, CO, 80205 United States (map)

October 1st is World Sake Day. In Japan it’s known as Nihonshu no Hi — going back centuries this date traditionally kicks off the start of the sake brewing season where breweries across the world raise a glass to celebrate, and so do we!

We're Colorado's only sake brewery and we brew it right here in Denver. Pouring fresh sake at our RiNo taproom and sporting the largest namazake (fresh unpasteurized sake) tap system in the country. Our on site Japanese Izakaya kitchen — ties it all together, sit down, eat, and drink sake the way it's meant to be enjoyed: with food, with people, with no ceremony required!

You don't have to know a thing about sake to celebrate with us. Just come and find out why Sake is so special and learn why we do this!

Join us October 1st. Kanpai!
